Come join our librarian as we learn about and create mindfulness journals. This program is for ages 8-12.

Tweens will learn about different mindfulness activities and then create their own mindfulness journal to use at home. 

For the safety of our librarians and your fellow program attendees, we ask that anyone who is experiencing symptoms of illness to please refrain from attending library programs in person. Thank you for your cooperation.
