CMPLCC Cosplay Contest

If you come to CMPL Comic Con dressed in costume, take your chance at winning a prize by entering the Cosplay Contest!

How does it work? Stop by the stage in the Main Library's Auditorium. All Cosplay Contest entries will get their pictures taken from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

After 1 p.m., YOU GET TO CHOOSE WHO WINS! All pictures will be posted on CMPL's Facebook page, and the picture with the most likes WINS. You can like and share your own picture, and encourage all your Facebook friends to help you win!

There will be three winners; one Adult, one Teen, and one Child. Voting ends at 9 a.m. on Mon., Aug. 15. Each winner will receive a prize the week after CMPLCC.

CONTEST RULES:

1. All who enter must sign the photo release form.
2. All who enter will get their picture taken by CMPL.
3. All photo Cosplay Contest entries will have their picture posted on CMPL’s Facebook page by CMPL.
4. There will be three photo Cosplay Contest winners; one Adult, one Teen, and one Child.
5. Cosplay Contest winners will be chosen based on whoever receives the most likes on the original picture posted by CMPL on CMPL’s Facebook page.
6. No groups are allowed to enter: each Cosplay Contest entry will contain one person only.
7. All costumes must be appropriate for all ages.
8. All costumes should provide enough coverage to be worn in public and should be in good taste and appropriate for a family-friendly show. CMPL reserves the right to cancel/pull any contestants it finds inappropriate, etc.
9. Anyone who follows the rules may enter; residents and non-residents (staff members excluded).
