Join CMPL and Macomb Township Parks and Recreation at Pitchford Park for a fun outdoor book club! Participate in all three meet-ups, and win a free pizza from Bubba's 33.

Teens in grades 6-8 join us for good reads, conversations, and a themed activity. Meetings will be held at Pitchford Park. The books we will discuss are:

June 25: Smile by Raina Telgemeier

July 23: Realm of the Blue Mist by Amy Kim Kibuishi

August 19: Ahmed Aziz's Epic Year by Nina Hamza.

Participants will receive a bookmark to be signed after each book club meeting. After the last meeting, participants will receive a free day pass to the Macomb Township Recreation Center and can turn their completed bookmarks into Bubba's 33 for free pizza. Multiple copies of each book are available at a Clinton-Macomb Public Library Location for checkout.

For the safety of our librarians and your fellow program attendees, we ask that anyone who is experiencing symptoms of illness to please refrain from attending library programs in person. Thank you for your cooperation.
