Start the new year off with a new and customized journal! Learn tips and tricks for how to create and use this tool in was that help your brain succeed.

Journals and planners are excellent tools for anybody, but can be especially helpful for neurodiverse teens start and reinforce a routine for success.
We'll learn about some tracking and organizational tools and then create our own custom journal or planner.
