Learn how to use Udemy to access 25,000+ classes.
This hand-on session will show you how to setup a FREE online account through Udemy using your library card. After set up, you will pick a class to join, learn how to access it again from another location or library (Main Library, North Branch, South Branch, or any computer/device with internet access) and have some time to get learning. The topics are vast in Udemy...some examples include: how to play the Ukelele, cloud computing courses, journaling, Excel from beginner to advanced, essential cooking skills, prenatal yoga, birding, photogaphy...the options seem endless!! Whether you have a topic in mind or just want to explore, this is a great place to start! If possible, bring your own plug-in headphones. A laptop will be reserved for your use; there is no need to bring your own device.
NOTE: you need to be a resident of the CMPL service area with a library card to make the best use of this class.
