Get into the Halloween spirit with our Super Spooky Book Box! All books in the October book boxes will be mysteries and thrillers. Feeling like a bit of a scaredy cat? Try out SSBB a different month this fall and choose what types of books you'd like to read!
Super Secret Book Box is a monthly program where participants will receive one of our curated Book Box kits containing the following:
1 book to read and return
1 book to keep
Snacks and treats
A fun activity
Maybe even more surprises!
Registration opens the 1st of each month (i.e. the October 2025 SSBB registration opens on October 1st, 2025) , Book Boxes are available for pickup starting the last Monday of that month.
To maintain the surprise, library materials will not be checked out for you until kits are available for pickup. You are responsible for returning the library items in your kit by the due date listed in the kit.
