Come and join us as presenter, Karen Imarisio, explores the little known legacy of the first librarian and director of J.P. Morgan's personal library,

a visionary Black woman passing as a White woman in segregated America at the turn of the 20th century. Greene was recognized as an authority on rare illuminated manuscripts and books and was instrumental in transforming Morgan's exceptional collection. Based on the book: Belle da Costa Greene: A Librarian's Legacy by Erica Ciallela.
